I have gone back and forth to identify the audience I want to address for the remaining two semesters. For most of us, our students are the main reason we are enrolled in this program, however, our colleagues will be ultimately reading our capstone. I would like my colleagues to embed technology in their teaching practice to bridge the gap with their students. I have been slowly implementing Google Classroom in both my math classes to engage my special needs students. Students have expressed positive feedback with this new learning approach. My initial idea that comes into mind in addressing the challenge of creating a resource is how to identify my students’ interests, learning styles, moods and feelings to create lessons which will encompass all of their needs. How can I make my final project/product engaging and visually stimulating.

I agree with what you said about hoping to investigate your student's learning styles and needs to connect with your driving question and goals. I am also hoping to do some adjusting to the scope of my research and involve more of what I know about my students, especially what we have learned in this program about creativity and visual learning. It is great that you are trying out google classroom with your students! I think that using these tools in our classroom inspires others to at least look into them.

I am a true believer in getting student's interest, understanding their learning style, and knowing their moods and feelings. This have helped me come up with lesson plans that they are engaged and motivated. Learning and hearing about Google Classroom has been nothing but positive things, I need to implement it into my classes. I am interested in Flip Classroom, but are there any tools you found useful with your students?
